The Web Guy's Terms of Service

This is a statement of the terms and conditions governing the use of The Web Guy's services. If you use The Web Guy's services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  

Please read this entire agreement, but in short, The Web Guy is not responsible for the Client's Web Site content and will not be involved in creating or putting illegal or offensive material on the Web.

The Client is responsible for all of his/her Web Site Page content, its accuracy and the consequences of its publication on the World Wide Web.

The Web Guy will not load Web Page content that includes, but is not limited to:

• Material that violates proprietary rights or copyrights.
• Material that promotes illegal or unethical business practices or services.
• Material that can be considered offensive to others, such as clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred.
• Material that promotes any illegal activity.
• Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.
• Pornographic material.

The Client agrees that he/she is using the Web Site created by The Web Guy & posted on the Web entirely at his/her own risk.   The Web Guy provides the design on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind-expressed or implied. The Web Guy makes no warranty with respect to content, information, products, and/or services provided through or in conjunction with the site. The Web Guy does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on the site and is not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions arising from the use of such information.
• Failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained within the site.
• Losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided on the site.

The Client agrees to hold The Web Guy harmless and blameless against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising from the Client's use of the site. This includes any invalid or unlawful material contained within the Client's Web Site. It is the Client's responsibility for any and all liabilities arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.

The Web Guy will serve notice to terminate further involvement in Client Web Sites in instances of violations of this agreement.

These Terms and Service conditions constitute the entire agreement between the involved parties with respect to the Client. The subject matter contained herein supersedes any other agreement, proposal, and communications, written or oral, between The Web Guy and any Client. The Web Guy can amend this agreement at any time and will give notice to the Client to the changes published on this site.

By using The Web Guy's services, you are agreeing with and accepting these Terms of Service.
